30-DAY RETURNS
At Meise Beauty, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt. You may choose a refund or store credit, subject to approval.
All returns must be authorised by our team prior to being sent back.
CONDITION OF RETURNED PIECES
To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and presented in their original packaging. Any complimentary pieces included with your order must also be returned.
For reasons of hygiene and craftsmanship integrity, earrings and press-on nails are final sale and cannot be returned.
Sale items are considered final sale. However, full-priced items purchased during promotional periods remain eligible for return.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We kindly ask that all returns are sent with a tracked service, as proof of shipment is required.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Any promotional pricing or discounts applied at the time of purchase will be reflected accordingly.
Please allow 2β7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
STORE CREDIT & EXCHANGES
We offer store credit in place of exchanges. Once approved, a personalised credit code will be issued to you.
All exchanges processed via store credit are considered final.
PROMOTIONAL TERMS
Discounts applied at checkout are reflected in the final refunded amount.
Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
All returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt.

For gifted purchases, please include any available order details such as the senderβs name, email address, order number, or shipping information.
