JEWELLERY STORAGE
We recommend storing your Meise Beauty jewellery in a cool, dry environment, away from direct light and humidity. Exposure to heat and moisture may, over time, affect the finish of your piece.
For optimal preservation, each piece should be kept in its jewellery box when not worn.
MATERIALS
Meise Beauty jewellery is crafted with carefully selected precious metals.
Our sterling silver pieces are fashioned from 925 silver and finished with a protective coating to maintain their brilliance and refined appearance.
Our 18K gold plated creations feature a sterling silver base, delicately finished with a layer of 18K gold and an additional protective coating, ensuring a luminous and enduring finish.
WARRANTY
Each Meise Beauty piece is accompanied by a 24-month warranty, subject to presentation of valid proof of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not extend to wear and natural ageing of the piece.
Should you believe your item to be faulty, we kindly ask that you contact us with a supporting image and your order number. Each case will be reviewed with care, and replacements will be offered at our discretion.
