ORDER PROCESSING

Each Meise Beauty order is carefully prepared and undergoes strict quality inspection prior to dispatch. Processing times may vary depending on design complexity, size, and availability. Larger or more intricate orders may require additional preparation time.

In most cases, orders are processed within 48 business hours. However, please allow 2–3 business days during peak periods, high demand, or temporary stock delays. Processing times may also be extended during weekends and public holidays.

We kindly ask that all shipping details are reviewed carefully at checkout, as address changes cannot be made once an order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery refers to the timeframe required for your order to arrive after dispatch.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days (New Zealand) and 3-10 business days (International), depending on your location. Remote areas may require additional time.

CUSTOMS & TAXES

Depending on your local regulations, import duties or taxes may apply.

All Meise Beauty pricing includes applicable taxes and duties within the product and shipping cost.

Please note: In the event an order is cancelled after dispatch, any incurred shipping or handling costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING & NOTIFICATIONS

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.

Upon dispatch, a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.

Orders are fulfilled as follows:

  • In-stock items are typically dispatched the next business day
  • Out-of-stock items will display an estimated dispatch time prior to purchase
  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on availability
  • In some cases, items may be consolidated and shipped together once complete

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you will receive a notification with instructions for redelivery or collection.

Packages may be held at a local postal facility or carrier depot. A valid photo ID and order number will be required for collection.

If a parcel is returned to us, please contactΒ Meise.Beauty@gmail.comΒ to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

For gift orders, we recommend informing the recipient in advance to ensure smooth delivery. Some parcels may require a signature upon receipt.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

We kindly ask that you inspect your parcel upon arrival.

If the package or item appears damaged, please refuse acceptance where possible and contact us immediately atΒ Meise.Beauty@gmail.comΒ so we may assist you promptly.
