WARRANTY POLICY

All jewellery purchased from our online store is covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to manufacturing faults and defects.

Please note, it does not cover accidental damage or general wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, tarnishing, or fading over time.

Should any piece be altered or repaired by a third party, including resizing or external repairs, the warranty will be considered void.

Meise Beauty jewellery is delicately crafted and should be treated with care. We recommend gently cleaning with a soft cloth and avoiding contact with harsh chemicals, cleaning products, water, lotions, and perfumes. For any questions regarding care or materials, please feel free to contact us.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us atΒ Meise.Beauty@gmail.comΒ with the following details:

  • Proof of purchase (your online order number is sufficient)
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the affected piece

In most cases, we may request that the item be returned for assessment by our customer service team. Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, a replacement or store credit will be issued at our discretion.
